Worked as a technical resource developing and implementing several functionalities that had been detected during Fit/Gap Analysis for Peoplesoft HCM 9 and Financials implementation. Worked as a technical resource reengineering the Shipping Costing System. This application captures order shipments from 200+ locations, calculates cost of each line item, generates Assets into PeopleSoft AM, and posts Journal Entries to Peoplesoft GL. It includes several custom PeopleSoft Asset Management reports created using SQR, and Crystal Reports. The new application was designed to receive and process interface feeds asynchronously, thus shortening the time required to produce Financial Statements after month end. It provides reports and inquiry panels comparing costs against revenues, a mission critical tool for Route Accounting and Location Management.

- Enhanced iSeries HR and Distribution Applications.
- Implemented Intranet for a company with subsidiaries across USA, using their iSeries server. Configured a second NIC on the AS/400 for balancing TCP/IP traffic, and set up Apache HTTP Server on the DMZ for handling multiple websites. Installed Domino Server on the iSeries, and configured eMail to use AT&T SMTP secure gateway in order to filter out spam. Connected Apache to Domino, so that users could access their Notes email from the Internet through a browser. This intranet also included Websense for preventing users from accessing unwanted sites.
